Every piece is handcrafted with care in our studio. We use a combination of high-precision laser engraving, and 3D printing to create unique and personalised products. From concept to final finish, each step is handled in-house to ensure quality and attention to detail.

2. What materials do you use?
We work with a wide variety of high-quality materials including wood, acrylic, slate, stainless steel, and PLA filament (for 3D printing). Each product listing will specify the materials used so you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting.

3. Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products are fully customisable. You can add names, dates, personal messages, or even provide your own design ideas. We love bringing your vision to life — just let us know what you have in mind.

4. How do you design the products?
We use a mix of professional design software (like Adobe, Canva, and 3D modelling tools) alongside our creativity and experience to lay out each design. Once finalised, we bring it to life using laser engraving, Cricut cutting, or 3D printing — depending on the project.

5. Is everything made to order?
Yes! All of our items are made to order. This means each piece is created especially for you and allows us to offer flexible custom options for every customer.

6. How long does it take to make an order?
Our typical turnaround time is 5–7 working days, depending on the product and order size. Large, bulk, or highly customised projects may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process. We like to process orders quicker but with us being a two person team we like to give our customers worse case scenario.

7. Do you check items before shipping?
Yes — every item goes through a quality-check before being packed and shipped. We make sure it matches your request and meets our high standards so it arrives to you in perfect condition.

8. Do you take bulk, wholesale, or business orders?
